Beav and Awan gouache test

i wanted to try out some new gouache paints in a sort of simple manner so i did this. 
I cropped out Awan cause he looked dank, but Beav turned out pretty good.  here's my gouache skills, world.  maybe you'll see some legit paintings in gouache one day. 

oh yeah, um, i guess this guy is from a short story of mine for those that are out of the loop.  a love story about two guys in Vietnam.  a little scrawny virgin white boy and a Navajo indian sexy fucker.
